Shipping & Delivery

Our preference is to use UPS and USPS as carriers. Handling prices will vary depending on the product(s) being shipped due to size and weight. 

Once the order has been placed and paid for, a label will be automatically generated with a tracking number at our warehouse and we will be able to provide the tracking number as soon as the shipment has been prepared

Returns & Replacements

We know that sometimes it just does not work out. We want to make you happy and earn your business. We can accept returns for exchange or credit memo for up to 30 days after the sale. We stand behind our products and our goal is `100% customer satisfaction.

  • Before any item is returned as defective please first call our tech support department for troubleshooting assistance.
  • If the item is defective you will be issued and RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.
  • The equipment with be exchanged for the same or technically similar or enhanced version of the product.
  • No merchandise return will be accepted without an RMA number issued by the Company.
  • Company will pay for return shipping of product to customer.


Order by coming to our showroom offices, order on-line, order by fax, order by phone. We will accept purchase orders only from government and fortune 500 companies. All orders in stock ship the same day unless pre-shipment programming or testing is required.
