This is Company Policy and will be held to rigorously. If you have a problem with any of our products or services, please contact our tech support department and give us a chance to assist you with the problem. If our support department verifies there is a problem with the product, and it is in warranty, they will issue you an RMA number. Please make sure this number appears on any correspondence and is clearly visible on the outside of your shipping box or container. Upon receipt, we will verify the defective product, and ship you a replacement part of equal or greater performance, or a company credit, as is decided by our service department.
